This policy explains what personal data the YUNAVIQ website (https://yunaviq.client-preview.top/) collects, why, how we store it and what rights you have. We process data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the European Union, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the request form:
- your first and last name;
- your phone number and country;
- who you are: a student or young professional, an employer or a university representative;
- your field of work, the subject of your request and your message, if you wrote one.
Automatically, together with the request:
- the page the request was sent from and the page you came to the site from;
- advertising link tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid), if you came from an ad;
- your IP address and browser details, to protect the form from spam.
3. Why we use it
- to contact you and answer your request;
- to tell you about early access to the platform or the partnership you asked about;
- to understand which pages and ad campaigns bring people to us and to improve the site;
- to protect the site from spam and abuse.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box under the form. Technical data for spam protection is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working.
5. Who sees your data
Requests are seen only by the YUNAVIQ team that answers them. Notifications about new requests reach us by email and in a work Telegram chat. The data is stored on the server of the site’s hosting provider. We do not sell your data or pass it to other companies for their advertising.
6. How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your request and stay in touch with you about the platform. If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The site remembers advertising tags only for the duration of your visit (browser sessionStorage) so it can send them with your request. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. If analytics or advertising pixels are added to the site, they may set their own cookies.
8. Your rights

- to correct inaccurate data;
- to ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing;
- to withdraw your consent at any time;
